Bus model manufacturers need to pay for licensing rights from
Transport companies[SBST, KMB, London General, etc] to
produce scale bus models.
To add on, a mould for a model does not come cheap...[At least in
the tens of thousand]
Which is why most bus manufacturers[Drumwell, Cars Workshop, CMN,
EFE, etc] always recycle their bus designs with different
livery...
