for those who can eat many sushi >20 pieces, Do not eat at those conveyor restaurant...

eat in international building where sushi is hand press by a real jap chef.

unlimited buffet style at the bar counter !

Lunch is abt $30...which can work out to be $1 each for a hand press and really result salmon, yellow tail, scallop etc

Kuishinbo's buffet is pretty good - wide spread though mebbe a bit ex
I like Sakae Sushi too.

i think there are quite a few jap restaurant at cuppage plaza
although i have yet to tried any of them..

one stall that i heard people rave about is ohsumi i think

I second that. I think that place is pretty nice.

Ten Jyaku has rather fresh raw stuff, but they're quite pricey.

Shiro is nice, but expensive. The dinner set menu will set you back by 180+++. If you dont like cramp places where you have to talk in hush tones, then skip Shiro. Smile
