all you need is the bamboo thingy for rolling the sushi.
make sure you get the right type of rice and vinegar for the
rice.
erm...would be good to get the jap mayo. can be found in a lot of
places...
as for the stuff IN the sushi...put whatever you want lah 
but if you want the usual stuff, go supermarkets can find...
