That one "rojak" maximum la, some more ppl pay for it coz gwailo created that concept first coz they couldn't emulate the fantastic taste that you get from using the traditional wok see pork fat My word of advice is: If you're using a recipe and can't find all the ingredients, look for the next closes item/ingredient, in terms of taste and smell. Experiment with recipes, cos its the only thing in this world that if you make a mistake you could actually eat it, unless its terribly disgusting or hard!
