I believe its just an April Fools joke
The photo is edited/photoshopped. Firstly, one of the ciruclar
yellow marker lights on the left is gone, while it is still seen on
the right. Secondly the radiator is gone. Thirdly the bus behind
has a typical Volgren/Custom Coaches front. Fourth, the hopper
windows has been edited so that it doesn't look so obvious. Fifth,
at the place where the SMRT logo is, compare it to a standard Iveco
Metro LE bus and you will see a square hole missing, Sixth, the
front bumper looks like it have been edited due to slight color
inconsistencies. Lastly, custom coaches has been acquired by ADL,
though I am not sure if they still produce CB80 bodies.
Though I do hope that it is true lol, it looks quite nice.
Also it looks a bit like a Citaro as Custom Coaches had the
Citaro bodywork license from MB, so they probably adapted that
style on the CB80 body.
