I read his blurp. But there was only one review. Was looking for
more. Suppose i can try it myself one of these days. 
Alsatian dishes are usually found in europe. While in France, i
sampled their pork knuckles at one of their restaurant chains and
it was SUPERB! But the way they cooked it was of particular
interest to me.
Over here, they usually grill or BBQ the damn thing till the skin
is crispy; so far Paulaner seems to be the only other outlet that
offers pork knuckles in a different manner.
