am saying is even a Singaporean insist on or even feel like doing
something that's against the law, he/she confirm scared of those
fines/punishments one~
Only minority(those hao lian ones) would dare to fight against(even
knowing the law).
So which Singaporeans(excluse those hao lian ones) won't be
"guai"? Even if they don't want, the laws still make them die die
turn "guai" one what?
you've proper ways to get your things addressed.. and mind you,
even if all proper channels have exhausted, you still have legal
means to do so... but it's unconventional methods... let me say
this... from the way I look at it, you're alrdy trying to test
people by insisting on the word guai w/o understanding the entire
thing behind it.. anyway... the law is there to make ppl to be
guai.. but you can be automatic yourself, as you're accountable not
just to yourself, but to the entire society.. use universal
presciption as well..
