Can U tell chicken rice that is cooked from frozen chicken?

All food lost some of its nutrients when frozen. It’s molecules changes structure, turning liquid into solid state. Over time more and more nutrients will be lost.

Yes, the bone will have blood.

Chicken Rice using Frozen Chicken will be less juicy due to the molecular changes in the freezing and defrozing process.

Chickens from Malaysia, beef from Aust/NZ are sold fresh here. They are chilled.

ermm 99% chicken rice stores selling white or soya sauce chicken uses fresh / non frozen chicken. Live chickens from malaysia are killed at a killing house where is is chilled and sold to markets. Only frozen chicken u get is those bbq or fired chicken / chicken wings. Own often do u see those chicken rice size chicken which is between 1kg to 2+ kg being sold frozen. They only sell frozen spring chicken which is below 1kg size.
