got to have them with at least some garnish like minced garlice....white wine is nice too

i only tried vodka oyster shooters before......quite ok lah

I like French oysters and Canadian oysters over Australian ones. They have better flavor.

i like to keep my oysters and liquor separate

used to eat oysters with tobasco sauce, and then sip my wine.... when i was in Aus and needed to pamper myself.........

must taste the full taste of oysters and wine separately, cannot mix together......... although eating this way they complement each other.......

last time got two colleague, one eat over 70 big fresh oysters, while the other eat over 50 at one go in a buffet with other food as well Shocked . Eat until the chef don't dare to replenish Neutral .

Not shooters but I was at a seafood buffet and “emptied” about like 20 fresh oysters into my stomach. Ended up in emerg that nite. Not fun. From then on, me got phobia liao. Now, eat perhaps 2 and that’s it.
