the system lets U wait and have time to understand the materials
rather than just blindly go for the test or just study for the sake
of the test.
U can say that people will still do last minute work or
watever...but no system is perfect.
And just to answer ur question...when I took my licence 10 years
ago...I wasnt in a hurry lor...its not a toy car licence leh...suka
suka drive can kill people and go jail one leh...U kill urself

Nowadays when I drive on the road...the way some people
drive....quite obvious their foundation not there...moving hazard
on the road.
They try to keep youngsters off the roads cause they believe
that youngsters are more prone to speeding and reckless
driving...
actually driving fast is OK to me....as long as their skills are
there and they know what they are doing...sometimes can see cars on
the road going at 140km/h++...even in own lane also moving a little
left and right....at curve even worse....enter the curve at middle
lane...exit the curve at right-most lane...then go back to middle
lane...
