They had already been refurb le. The fact why some seats are so hard is because some of the old cushions have yet to be changed (Some changed to Green PVC, the other to pink & purple PVC)

Was on TIB563A a couple of days ago and was my first ride on a refurb-ed Scania. The quality of the interior seems to be really good acutally. Windows are the old ones from Alexander but its really clean thoroughly, though there was a nut at behind the SL window which wasn't really screwed in properly ... ... Could have liked the bus more if it was using the eyeball A/C vents though

I agree on this. The new A/C vents could become useless if the configurator of A/C direction got stuck (e.g: most of the habits' A/C vents). I took TIB719T previously and the A/C was terribly leaking, and the worst part was that a huge amount of water just splashed rite through my seat!

I took TIB719T on 975 today and it was oh-so-awesome! The A/C was super cold rather than the lousy TIB562C. Some windows were misted while cruising at LCK!

The SL seat is still unchanged.. how i wish the Hispano merc can seriously follow the design as it is still uncomfortable in long rides!!!

Haha. Fyi, SMRT is now constantly changing the Hispano merc (both OAC and CAC)'s seats to the new PVC-type with purple & pink seats.

Yes, with repainted AC vents.

Go try take the OAC buses, once I take it, still feel very freezy even if taking on the daytime, let alone be night time.

Hmm, 855 has a few CAC and OAC O405. Not really fantastic aircon...

Maybe 855 simply gets the worse buses?
