Nope. It's the plate that's stated the capacity of the bus above the driver's seat. It was existent all along until re-refurbishment.

O - Refurbished buses with OC flooring. [For O405]

O - Refurbished buses without OC flooring. [For O405G]

I noticed TIB861P and TIB896P have the original flooring and a few O405 such as TIB433S with OC flooring. I listed the refurbished buses with OC flooring. Can someone help me which refurbished O405 have OC flooring?
