Nonsense. The four Lances from TIBS were de-registered due to damages. If they are de-registered for this purpose, in OM these regos will be reflected as no records.

If I'm not wrong they were purchased by private companies and registered with PA-plates.

Probably because they are under BusPlus, and they wanted to differentiate their PA Lances from their normal Lances.
