From October 12-21, indulge in the 105 types of cheese that
French cheese maestro Gerard Poulard will be introducing to diners
($25 for 6 types; $32 for 8 types; $38 for 10 types) at Café
Georges (Lobby, Le Meridien Singapore, 100 Orchard Rd., 6733-8855).
These include the palais conta contu, the seins de ma nounou, and
the truffe de valensole. Poulard is the former cheese maitre of the
famous Parisian restaurant Montparnasse 25. Available daily
noon-2:30pm; 6:30-10:30pm.
