Not exactly true.. TIB914X had the Stansfield College ad, which
was not removed, and was laid up. TIB908P had the I Can Read! ad,
and it was laid-up, so ad transferred to TIB653Z.
Just a possible scenario, But I personally don't think they will
lay the bus out without removing the ad itself, They will tear that
out when it's headed for the scrapyard.
For 908P and 914X's case I believe they are gone cases (expired
advertisements).
