oozzzzzz SG hi, for fine dinning maybe u can try fine dinning @ BLUE LOBSTER or MichealAngelo. Now Amex card got 1 for 1... u may check amex website for more details. If no promo, $100 shd be enough also. Cheers
DummiesInc SG Michaelangelo’s portions are quite small. And its not cheap either. $100 definitely not enough for 2 pax if no promotions.
BillyBong SG If it's meat, i still prefer Brazil Churascaria. The variety and freeflow of lamp, ham, chicken, beef (oh good gawd the BEEF!) Chicken Heart, etc etc is still so YUMMY... Awww sad that they cut the UOB 15% discount liao...sob sob Last time i ate at Black Angus, i ordered the mixed appetizer plate..and it was filling enough
benomato SG Guys thnks for your reply. My budget would be ard 100. do you ppl have other place to introduce? She’s fine with anything. I’m looking for a place wit ambience as this is the first tiem ill be celebrating bday with her. Thnks!!!
DummiesInc SG $100 ah? I think if you stretch it a little can go Hai Tien Lo or go Altivo lor. Weekdays not much people. Can take cable car up somemore.
Gazelle SG Their steaks are good, but if your GF is not a steak lover and like them well done, please dont waste time, go somewhere else.
dork3d SG If not, you can try Harry’s at Esplanade… Have your dinner over there and after meal, walk along the bayfront… Maybe can get a bouquet of flowers with a small chocolate cupcake with a candle for her, if you have spare money…
dork3d SG Me also haven't try it out yet... My buddies said it's quite nice... Just selling the idea to threadstarter... Maybe one day we go eat together?
liquidshadow SG Black Angus has set lunch. It won't be as nice as the full priced a la carte one, but it's not bad and very affordable.
FireIce SG went to the one fullerton outlet a few weeks back not impressed at all had the prime rib.....ok oni loh......though portion quite big service oso not very good...
liquidshadow SG Many restaurants suffer from bad service. At least here in sg, good food or expensive price tags definitely do not guarantee good service. It's a spotty area which seems to apply to most places, not just restaurants. My experience with the one at Orchard Parade Hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was polite and fairly prompt.
