Mospeada SG i think it will taste sweeter...giving the sauce more texture... cos the bitterness of the coffee powder bring out the sweetness of the ketchup and the fruit
Fatum SG don't put too much .... a teaspoon is just fine ... else it'll end up bitter you'll get a nice, coffee fragrance to it ...

Croaking_Toad SG The sauce need to be caramelised a bit. Tastes better. I prefer lots of the gravy. Yummy.
