R u sure better freq than SBST?You made a fool out of yourself.Better freq SL die2 wanna run like mad for what?The management already like fool then SL also follow become a fool.SBST bc on the other hand is smart.Timing give them so tight they purposely give lambat till revised.I drive 67 peak hours like mad dog u didn't know ah..I drive svc 5 no pressure although the routes is more jam prone

SMRT seems to have a better headway, but it gets so inconsistent i usually get fed up with that trash company, both MRT and bus wise.

Bring back MRTC and TIBS please!!! For everyone's good!!!

Wrong bro,SBST is the one having good headways.Simple reason they conduct timing survey once every 4 weeks unlike SMRT.Their style of bus deployment also sucks big time.853 9 starters 7 split which most split shift ended before 9.30am.Then what about elderly or those working after 10?Wait long2 20 mins per bus?Only good thing SMRT seldom reduce fleet unlike SBST.Instead if they think there're too many starters they just convert it into split duties..

The problem with iris is that no matter what, the scheduled timetable is loaded into the system as a reference to track the buses in some sense…

The thing is, not to forget between AM off peak & PM peak transition, the actual headways en-route can be very diff.. which explains why 20 mins headways for S66 at Bt Batok towards Jurong East in the evening peak belt.

Purely my experience, whether SMRT frequency sucks u decide

At Lor 1 Geylang Terminal I missed a 980 CAC, have to wait for 15 mins then SMB132M and SMB306Z came back to terminal.

Another 10 minutes passed before SMB132M drove off as off service and SMB306Z came to fetch me.

Total waiting time: 25 minutes

You are no one to tell me when I should talk and not. I was talking about trunk services, not feeders. Most feeders have good frequency - what is so new about it?

190 has a good frequency - if it does not come every 04 mins, you should see how much the queue at CCK will end up. Ofcourse, SMRT is inefficient, so there will be times when the bus won't come on time.

And mind your language next time.

27 actually has a frequency of 03 mins in morning peak, and 04 mins evening peak. But just between Tampines and Hougang. The frequency can be around 08 mins at Changi Terminal.

When Tibs tookover 190 from SBS, Tibs immediately got bombarded for its lousy bus sv… Cos Tibs couldn’t match the no of high capacity buses…

172 & 175 became graveyard for all the old Hino non aircon bus.. also tio complained… takeover from SBS give ppl old bus…

Same goes to 61 when Tibs tookover… Ever since then, Sv 61’s std cmi…. 30 mins headways was common..

Agree. svc 61 has detoriorated in the past few months. Erratic frequency and bunching has become common. Route is too long - needs to be shortened according to me.
