Having visited the halls in NUS and the halls in NTU, the ambience is definitely contrasting man...no unnecessary moaning and the occasional flickering of lights but at least the people are friendly.

Then again, ppl might find those bemusing sounds exciting..i dunno..u be the judge huh?

Hall life is fun

but no i think the NTU halls are pretty "clean" in that sense...despite the constant reports of peeping toms and sexual perverts...i believe one was caught recently in hall 11

anyhow, nite life is the best in hall. occasional bbq, steamboat in the rm, movie screening together hehe
