GhostStalker SG Kuishin-bo (if you want alot of selection) @ suntec (Japanese Restaurant) or you might want Hanabi (quailty foods there) @ brash basah area/ near cornation plaza both pricing is under $50 per person for dinner.
BillyBong SG Is the Shangri-La's Rose Veranda still around? One of the better high tea buffets i thought. Hyatt Regency's lunch time buffet spread is also decent, as is Orchard Hotel's.
