May I ask, does the DM3500s have two different interior colours?
I have seen either pink-purple or gray "tops" in the DM3500s.
Referring to SBS9C's post about the 334 DM3500 with a pink-purple
"top".
SBS2786D got into an accident 
whilst on 51. It was under repair and that was the
refurbishment.
