The answer is Service 16.
1st reason: It plied under Merdeka Bridge where the height
restriction is 3.3m. It was amended to skip that area when parts of
the roads around Stadium area is closed for the construction of
Singapore Sports Hub on 29th September 2010.
2nd reason. It plied the narrow roads along Joo Chiat area which
makes it impossible to use DDs.
