Sengkang interchange used to have guides on their racks when the
racks were OLD. Now new already become "Racks for show"
I think you guys should know why Sengkang Bus Interchange guides
racks are always empty.
I have already wrote the reason a few pages back
And the new 159 guides, I have to take from the office.
