The Double Decker Bus Fan Club

SBS 6078 M SG

History Of Double Deckers:

The double-deckers first began in 1977 when 20 LA were shipped in to Singapore. Some of them were bodied by BACO and they were put on route 86, a semi express route connecting from Tampines to the CBD area.

35 Years of Leyland Double deck history, 35 years of double deck history.

We have the new Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 on the roads and we'll be seeing another 550 of them by 2015.

Woohoo... DD fan page... I thought of creating this multiple times but then I thought I will get bashed up by all SMRT / bendy fans because I already have two threads

- DDs for SMRT

- Optimum Utilization of DDs

But I am glad you created a DD fan page.
