A tree fell on an SMRT bus along Upper Thomson Road today (Jan 22), apparently because of the heavy rain.

Says STOMPer Stormy:

"Heavy rain at Upper Thomson Road caused tree to fall on SMRT bus."

STOMPer Rina added:

"Heavy downpour caused a tree to fall and hit SMRT bus.

"Passed by Upper Thomson Road before Mandai Road (towards Sembawang) during a heavy downpour at about 6.15pm on Sunday (Jan 22)."
