So basically the driver is not at fault then?
No matter what if you struck the pedestrian down you are at
fault. I hate people who suddenly dashed across the road w/o
looking for oncoming vehicles. Sometime i feel like going down and
slapping the fella but thats the life.
Drivers can only LLST. Pedestrians are king of the road even if
lights are not in their favour
