Where you get the TIBS newsletter?
From the National Library, Lee Kong Chian reference library if
i remember correctly. There's a photocopy shop, photocopied it out.
The TIBS newsletter is at the section with alot of bus archives of
SBS/SBST newsletter, old bus guides and Mike Davis Singpaore Buses
Vol1 part 1 and 2.
