What's POV?
Btw 195 now has 5 extra buses. Probably 5 citaros out and give
to 93? Well, anything might be possible. 195 just need to downgrade
some WABs, it has too much citaros. But if 5 citaros is really out,
the 4 buses that crossover at night ought to be citaros as 9 / 19
does not meet the WAB quota.
POV = point of view. HAHA. Trying to tell you that if you are
trying to calculate the WAB quota of a service, use the figures of
the original permers. Don't count the crossovers cause the x-overs
are not counted as part of the perm fleet for the quota (at least
that's why I've been observing so far).
6201Z has been doing Sv 5 for a couple of weekdays in the past 2
weeks though. I think some of them are out to SP. But yeah, as per
Sgwiki, 2701Z & 2744A have been really stuck on Sv 5 for some
time.
