People are saying 700 is partial WLDEP because of the buses
pulled over from 184 to do 700 fullday? I find that absurd as no
one is able to confirm. And do not ever harrass the drivers to find
out about the status of 700.
Later I will see on sgwiki 700 being partial WLDEP and KJDEP, and
when I try to edit, some smart alec will say something. So i will
leave you all to speculate for now...
I will confirm by today coz it will personally take that bus
to Orchard and see if there is any WL cameos other than
x-over
