Look, I don't know where you get where your SMRT deployments infomations from, But right from the start SMRT ones has really been messy, especially the whole WL group deployments, It has been really getting out of hand. And with the mess lies ahead I wondered if you had really observed? Yes I admit I can't cover every WL/KJ/AM group deployments of all, Unless I have something that is of convienience to me, Then I will cover the group of my choice every weekend.

If I can, I can do it myself. Don't worry. I can sit there and observe the fleets myself.

What is the main reason for the transfer? Just curious...

If HGDEP really is to transfer out the MK4s, means some Citaros/K230UBs from BBDEP got to go over.

Add on to 191 as well

At most BBDEP will pull out some MK4s from the higher demand trunk routes and replace with Citaros, then the MK4s will take over the MK3s on the a/m services.

the base assumption is those buona vista services will not get new buses this year. the second assumption is bbdep does not have enough mk4s to deploy on these services. If like what 8676 said bbdep pluck out mk4s from existing services and citaros replacing them (like 16 and 48, and maybe for 175) then the transfer may or may not happen depending on how things are.

I think sv92 might not be able to use citaros due to the steep slopes at Mt Sinai area. As for sv200, it once had a citaro and recently a kub running on it and it runs around holland v area..perhaps possible. Sv93 could do with citaros too and AR could use some of its striders n dm3500s on other AR services. Same for sv151 & 156 on BB side.

I see, thanks for the insight.

Then now, there's the dilemma. Cause we know that Citaros have pathetic standing room and yet more power, while the KUBs have more standing room but less power, I think they might be looking at swapping out the existing KUBs on those lower-demand services for Citaros instead leh. I mean, just look at 354 swapping out 8416H for 6180A. What do you think?

Agree. Another example of this would be sv33 on BN side. I dont know whether is it a packed service along its route during peak but seems like BN is moving its striders and some kubs to other services or spare. I think it could cope during non-peak even in areas like victoria st etc. Sv 354 using citaros may be a good idea but BN only saves 2 Kubs..lets say full fleet citaro.

Btw do you know the missing bus on sv32 for BN side? I saw 2626H once and ytd 2791M on it. Also sv40 seems to use 922R ytd and 881A today. 881A might be spare soon. Thanks.
