If 582U was on 966, Who does it replaces?
I still have a strong feeling some buses has to go from WL 966
though.
What I observed about 966 is that during the peak hours, there's
as many as 20 buses. But for regular buses, there's only 10. So, it
could be 732D which left 966. Or 582U is an additional 966
split.
