The papers state that the SBST BCs will temporary drive
SMRTB short haul services. I suspect 860 might be one of
them.
It would be better for the long term for some SMRTB services
transfer to SBST, like 106,190, 851, 857, 960.
941, 945, 860 kena today. but i think transferring of services
is impossible, especially services like 190
