Before the "OC" seat cover, they used those "PVC" ones..
I know it but when is the period where TIB1105H is rebuilt?
During that period when PVC seat covers were fitted on O405s,
the Scanias and DAFs had began their refurbishments and came out
with OC seat covers instead. I still can't figure out why didn't
SMRT use either one only on the buses?
