svc 70/70M and svc 111 get WAB service. So more B9TLs on these
services.
For 70/70M, there are as of now 4 DMIV, 2 B10TL, 5 VO3x. Expect
them to retire from this service soon if they want to make the
service full WAB.
svc 111 still has 3 VO3x. Might get the spare Wrights.
You cannot just kick non-WAB buses away because some of them
still has advertisements.
But oddly SBST kicked SBS1977B off from 159 to 85 even though it
still had the boathouse ad. They should have agreements with the
advertiser.
