Seems like it is your first time taking buses. This kind of seating
arrangement has been in Singapore buses since the 1980s. From
Leyland Atlanteans, Mercedes Benz O305 lower deck rear reats to
Mercedes Benz O405 front wheel seats, Volvo B10M DM MK II, DM
MKIII, DM MKIV to the new Volvo B9TLs and Mercedes Benz
Citaros.
Not many people complain about such seating
arrangement for the past 30 years.

5.30pm at Punggol Int.
Feel free to add on.
Total journey for svc 83 is around 30mins. (Punggol to Sengkang)
Return journey also same 30mins. (Sengkang to Punggol)
