And if you don't know, pedestrians can be jailed if they found
to have been the cause of the accident.
It has been the case as far as I can recall, with the one at PIE
which caused a chain accident, killing a motorcyclist, and another
with a pedestrian who caused a motorcyclist's death.

Eh hello, from a post about TP turns into jaywalk/safety? I know
my safety, that's for sure. You can't simply stop them too, neither
can I(like duh~)? And please, even if you give ur fucking care to
those jaywalkers, "lecture" them about safety, I believe they still
