10 - Harbourfront Int / Tampines Int
188 - Marina Center Terminal / CCK Int
10 has poor loading between Kent Ridge and Harbourfront. The
route can be shortened, while 188 can be extended to Marina Center
as an alternate service to CBD and covering lost route of svc 10
from Kent Ridge.
Would be better if 10 can be extended to Jurong East instead
while using part of 188's route to Jurong East.
188 can be shortern to Jurong East from Chua Chu Kang. SMRTB has
been poorly managing its bus services, so it would be better to
shortern and extend its resources to improve other services
instead. And the bendy buses are road hoggers along the one lane
Pasir Panjang Road.
Or else just hand 188 back to SBST and extend to Boon Lay via
Bukit Batok Rd and PIE.
