Anyway not sure if anyone has posted before..but 9816E (BN 31)'s interior upper deck has a hole cut already. Just that they covered it over with some black cardboard like thingy over that portion while the rest of the interior upper rear is still in that usual light grey tone.

But still it's without a rear EDS as of today. Today on Sv 81.

More like the structural integrity of the division between the upper deck & lower deck (i.e your upper deck floor & lower deck roof) will be affected to a large extent even if they do manage to rebuild both floors back up for the burnt DDs. It won't be able to handle the stress that much compared to fully built up? Correct me if i'm wrong.

A reason why SMRT can rebuild their burnt Bendies somehow even when some of them have their rear trailer nearly completely burnt?

Correct. But the body was completely charred and literally melted and vapourized. I would assume the chassis suffered the same fate too.
