Can the moderator remove some sticky topics? eg:- Creative commons that no one has commented since 2011 and was created in Mar 2011. They occupy the important 1st page of the forum. Please keep only 5-6 really important topics as sticky.

The last time everyone posted in 'Feedback and adminstrative matters' thread in the forums about the topics to be unstickied and stickied, until someone who started the flame war and thus the topic was locked and removed by the adminstrator.
