the issue is on whether they want or don't want
in the past the myth is that buses plying into NUS, ie.
95,96,151 cannot use DD..but look what we have now...
"Cannot use DD" also can make it "can"
they can always request URA to clear the trees/branches for 195
to use DD, or remove the height limit signage gantry at Lor Chuan
for 105 and 159 to use DD
in hongkong, they even use DD to go up to hilltops!
