for sv 11, I think it should be withdrawn since we have the CCL
Stadium stn right in front of Kallang Leisure Park and Stadium. And
passengers can take CCL to Paya Lebar stn to transfer to EW line.
Or take to Dakota stn and transfer to other bus sv. Or else, only
operate sv 11 whenever there's concert or major events going on. sv
400 & 402 is kinda of a waste and due to the routes, both are
unable to merge as one. And 402 going to the cruise terminal is
mainly empty.
Would be better to extend 11 to Eunos via East Coast Rd, Katong and
Still Rd and extend the other way to Harbourfront via MBS and
Keppel Rd.
