When me and my mother took SBS6095M on 101, I asked her which
bus she liked the most. Unexpectedly, she mentioned those Mk2s and
Mk3s. I asked her why, she gave me these excellent points.
1. More place to sit compared to Citaros.
2. The seat cushion is more comfortable.
3. The air-con is much better.
4. The speed is faster.
5. You can enjoy the clear view of the window directly next to you,
while a citaro is you sit at the rear, you will need to bend your
body down.
6. You can enjoy the nice-smelling foods if the NAC bus you are on
is driving over some open-air restuarants.
7. You can smell the FRESH air, especially if you are on a NAC bus
on svc 84's route [ the 84 route NOW, not when it is serving
Sengkang East. ]
8. Can chat with motorists.
9. The seats are arranged almost parallel to the ground, while a
citaro had it seats sometime unparallel to the ground, making you
feel giddy.
10. The buses contributed much to a more lively SBST during the
early 2000s.

i would agree with your mom actually. maybe not to the specific
model but for me its N113s, O305s, O405s and LO2x.
