But the DM Mercedes Benz O405s started out with very bad air con systems as well, it was years later that they improved the air con system by changing to eyeball ducts.

2nd batch: WA Mercedes-Benz O405s

All 700 SBS Mercedes Benz O405s are acquired at one time at the same time, just that they have different configurations. 200 OAC Walter Alexander PS bodies, 200 NAC DM bodies, and 300 OAC with DM bodies.

The one that are easy to drive and powerful are MKIIs.Easy2 can challenge TIBS buses during that era.For DD I would definitely miss O305s.MB Hawkes,Volvo B57s ahh I get carried away.Anyway thing change.

Haha yeah.I also badly miss the MK2s alot.I just simply miss their unique engine sound which at one point of time will sound like a cat as stated by the others also.Haha indeed a very unique engine sound it had.

Still, the BEST looking bus of my choice that is non-WAB is the DM3500s.
They looked the most awesome, especially that awesome-looking SBS2779A with it's EDS and redesigned Nokia Interior. It is unique those times. Can't bear to take 1 million photos of it.

I think Strider B10M are the best looking.

Actually SBST can install eyeball ducts on the duct panels near the windows. But depends if they want and when they want.

But MK3s are harder to catch now. Can mostly see them on 195 now...

Must catch them soon...

But got 1 problem :
Got 1 seat just behind the rear exit door, that seat gets 4 air-con ducts blowing it

And you can try catching SBS880C on 325 - It usually flies when speeding on Upp Serangoon Rd towards HG AVE 2. In the past, it also flies on Buangkok Green past Buangkok Cresent to YCK RD. Now they don't fly as stupid freaking taxis stop on the freaking PARALLEL YELLOW LINE
