one thing BN could do better is to give the whole roof a new
coat of paint (not just the affected areas) when they remove &
seal up the ventilation parts..
they must have thought, who could see them but they never
thought we're residing in a high floor blk..
Yea.Some bn MK3s i saw,the area where the roof ventilation was
removed,is a big square patch.They nvr paint over.Then the rest of
the area all repainted.I also dunno wat they doing.suka suka paint

Last year i saw 687U which also ventilation removed from my
house,the whole roof painted solid sia.I cld see the paint so
smooth and shining in the sun.Good effort by HGDEP :)
