De-registered buses does not mean it will be sent to scrapyard
direct. It will be parked in their depot for weeks if not even
months. I'm referring 'lay up' as the bus is laid up in the depot
itself, not official lay up.

But to your post, you said TIB362M was laid-up a few weeks ago,
which could be even before it is de-registered.
