So from what time to what time do the fans here considered as a
day?

No matter whether it is 12 am on 1/6, or 12.30 am on 1/6, it is
still counted as 31/5 deployments as long as the bus was spotted
doing that svc before the last bus of the day for that particular
"day before". Only around 5-6 am onwards when the first bus of the
"next day" begins then it is really counted as that day's
deployment.
