Anything within 15 - 20 mins during off peak and bus is not
crowded is ok le
Got one time, few years back I had ever waited

mins during peak hours for an 89, and when the bus
finally came, NINE buses came within 8 mins. BC told me due to
severely bad weather, an accident involving four cars occurred at
Changi side, clogging across the whole road. Thus the vehicles
can't move until the road is clear and safe to drive on. Of course,
SBS did apologise when a few commuters complained without knowing
what actually happened.
