One does not simply open a new thread citing a new month without
relevant info/<2000 posts.
He did not post a redeployment post (or redeployment doubts) in
the first post.
As for your second part, sometime before someone said that even
before reaching 2000 posts the system still lags, which means when
it reaches 1950 posts or more a new thread can be started
already.
