Imagine Tibs tookover NE corridor, tookover Svs like 97,
106, 107, 111, 147 together w/ 82 & 865 and
starts using bendies... Along Upp S'goon Rd during peak hrs. 97,
147's past freq was like 4 mins per bus, 111 was 8 mins.
I didn't say jam free.. But there has to be some sort of
movement at every traffic cycle.
Which is why 971E skips the 270 bus stop for good.
