Imagine Tibs tookover NE corridor, tookover Svs like 97,
106, 107, 111, 147 together w/ 82 &
865 and starts using bendies... Along Upp S'goon Rd during
peak hrs. 97, 147's past freq was like 4 mins per bus, 111 was 8
mins.
I didn't say jam free.. But there has to be some sort of
movement at every traffic cycle.
Which is why 971E skips the 270 bus stop for good.
This part is very confusing. When are services 97, 107, 111
& 147 handed to TIBS?
